History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nija grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She became a Interpreter soon after.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. After a long history of fighting, Donella and her spouse have recently divorced.
