History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Jeweler. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: Gilbert hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.
History: Barbena lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When Barbena reached her early adolescence her Dwarf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life.

Personality: Cask is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and obtaining odd cultural dragonborn artifacts is his passion

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Bounty Hunter arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Bounty Hunter kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Jade was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
