Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Altho embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Altho was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Through the years after Altho was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Altho's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears a black collared shirt and brown skirt. She accessorizes with a black scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across her shirt. Her copper crest is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: Jezean lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Jezean took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up greataxe and armor she uses now. She struck the Miner job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and further expansion of business

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Hunter but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he has the majority of his body covered in plate. His white hair is knotted and matted. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and to unite with his sister

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His crest is gold and very short. His gold eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Rhogar was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Brewer. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and money/treasure

History: She was born into a rich family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she has money and likes to spend it
