Personality: She is mildly Dwarf supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. Finellen abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is her passion; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right.
