Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She works hard and plays hard.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Bryseis and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her hand crossbow, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a butterfly on it. She wears a colorful flower in her dark red hair. This red eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and an old rival family wants her found

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.
History: Quillathe was born with her father's beautiful face. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south; and she uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Valida was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She tends to her Carter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: She hates goblins. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying east to reunite her family. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it; and she is content

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: To unite with his brother; and wants to raise his children well

Description: Her skin has the orange glow of too much sun. She wears dull blue sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed spear, just in case. Her auburn hair has been sun bleached extensively. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines violet.
Personality: Mara hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her poetry career. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: Mara lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

History: Gifted from a young age, Quick studied abroad. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Stylist.
