Description: Standing 3'0", this man wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a halberd on his belt. His hair is short and blonde. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his gray eyes.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Halander lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A freak accident while working with his Body Guard mother left him crippled. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears brown trousers with grey and black striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His brown fur is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. His ears are large.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Pelt was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He worked as a nervous Sailor and found it very stressful. He has achieved small success as a Sailor.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and to settle down with his crush

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born in a small island village. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: A middle-aged man, he dresses like a well dressed Fletcher does, and is pretty ugly. He wears his blonde hair down. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Fletcher. He's also a talented Mason, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Mason again; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she wears a red armored body suit, with a simple white line shooting up and back down. Her hair is short and golden. She has a tattooed face.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
