History: Ilanis hails from a village terrorized by illithids. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the north were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it

Personality: She hates Half-Orcs with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Tawar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born in the north to a Brewer, Tordrid learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She became a Brewer soon after.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
