Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Elaim's homeland. Elaim decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He became a Guard soon after.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He found a children's book about a Half-Orc Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Armorer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Tenena grew up listening to her father's many stories. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She was granted divine powers by her dying sister.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She now owns her own business.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Kildrak alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted.
