History: Berrian hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, she is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her gold eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. Astaro is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She got into the Ruler business at a young age. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Ruler and was forced into it by her family.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He struck the Marshal job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and balancing his hectic life and new marshal responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Drusilia embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Drusilia was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she is content

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Cask's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He is a Succubi in disguise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Elven people; and elven compassion

Description: He is an average looking northern male in his early mid-life. He is dressed in earthy colors with a tan and blue handkerchief worn on his right side. His moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Pog was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He tends to his Bowyer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and sabotage a competitor

Description: She is dressed in an above average manner. She is physically well-built. Her fur is beige, silky, and of moderate length. Her yellow eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the north were limited. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
