Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Jacoba lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
