History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Animal Trainer.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Sailor. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has achieved small success as a Sailor.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Nedda embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: Nedda was born with her mother's beautiful face. A gifted student she started as a Jeweler, but she got bored and became a Barkeep. After a long history of fighting, Nedda and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die.
