History: Born to a Performer, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Baker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
