History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Orla was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Orla's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Gifted from a young age, Philomena studied abroad. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her martial talents. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Shump was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Masseuse. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and he is content

The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
