History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Snafû was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Apothecary. Recently the stress of being a Apothecary has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and balancing his hectic life and new apothecary responsibilities is difficult

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she is renowned for her bright red dresses and hats. Her silver hair is still thick. Her eyes are hazel and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. A true patriot, Ulla would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was taken from his home at a very young age. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
