Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She can't help but pocket interesting objects she comes across

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. Being a Healer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Vepar hails from a village terrorized by goblins. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her father's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered goblins who tried to eat her hand. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it.

Description: He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing green cape and mantle trimmed with soft pastel waves gently in the breeze. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His hair is short and silver. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Astar wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He is a Lycanthrope in disguise. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: A stocky lighter skinned woman, she wears a simple violet robe with pastel stripes complete with hood. Her golden hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born to a Priest, her father struggled to pay the bills. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and an old rival family wants her found

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he wears light armors faded through time and improper care. He sports a flattop crest cut. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dragonborn in existence. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and many illithids want him driven away

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She very much looks the part of a Knight. Her red hair is smooth and relatively long. Her amber eyes peer out from beneath her small yellow hat.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She was born into a rich family. Birel abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Knight.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: He wears a brown collared shirt and white pants. He accessorizes with a tan scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His gray fur is greasy and uncared for. His fierce yellow eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Fragrant is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Fragrant was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. A true patriot, Liftrasa would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She wants revenge against brigands; and someone believes her a fraud

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
