Description: A 3'11" western man, he wears a brown costume with the symbols of magic on his torso. He has wavy chestnut hair. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Through the years after Barendd was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Barendd's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Alain embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

Her chestnut hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines brown.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Olivia was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He is wearing a tight black one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. His crest is brass and curly. His red eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Gardener business.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Zedaar took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up trident and armor he uses now. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature trident.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and obtaining odd cultural tiefling artifacts is his passion

History: Cecily was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Performer. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Vaina grew up listening to her father's many stories. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Born to a Mortician, her father struggled to pay the bills. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
