Description: She is lean but muscular and wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her quarterstaff with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. She has styled her red hair well, parting it to the left. Her hazel eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Joan embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Joan grew up listening to her father's many stories. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Joan took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up quarterstaff and armor she uses now. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.

Description: This tall, slender woman wears a grey collared shirt and blue skirt. She accessorizes with a tan scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across her shirt. She wears a Stetson hat to cover her moderate length brown hair. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she is dressed in an above average manner. Her brown fur is lengthy. Her hazel eyes peer out from beneath her small pastel hat.
Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: Tricking was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her arcane talents. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tricking fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He feeds upon the attention of others.
History: Windy was born with his father's beautiful face. A freak accident while working with his Barrister father left him crippled. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: To be a Barrister again; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His white hair is heavily combed to the left. His eyes are a pleasant gray.
Personality: Hoshgrish hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. The war was a terrible time for him, and Hoshgrish does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Architect father left him crippled. He has never given up on his writing dream.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. Her red hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her eyes are gray and catlike.
Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.
History: Waywocket was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her parents were killed by drow in a raid when she was still a young child. The drow captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Waywocket was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the drow.
Motivation: She wants revenge against drow; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.
History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Bookbinder for the past few years.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Blacksmith arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Gurdis abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
