History: Born in the east to a Ruler, Havilar learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Ruler. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
