History: He was born in the east. Argran was born on a far eastern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Jeweler. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and retire the richest man in the east

History: Born in the west to a Merchant, Sybil learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise.
