History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Adran reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She tends to her Baker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: Maiathah hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Maiathah was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.

She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
