History: Norman hails from a village terrorized by orcs. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shepherd hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His childhood dream was to be a Carter, but he was a colossal failure. He has worked as a Bookbinder like his mother before him.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Carpenter arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the north were limited. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Baker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Baker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
