History: She got into the Ruler business at a young age. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Barkeep work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barkeep work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She's also a talented Marshal, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Bilga was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her childhood dream was to be a Mortician, but she was a colossal failure. She has worked as a Locksmith like her mother before her.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes brigands are coming to abduct people. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Being a Brewer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
