History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Malmûg grew up listening to his father's many stories. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Malmûg grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Malmûg. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. Conrad enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born in the east. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Slave Trader. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She now owns her own business.

Description: This western woman wears a grey coat over a tan low-cut shirt, and a broad hat upon her head. Her clothes are grease stained in places. Her moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.

History: Kasdeya was born with her mother's beautiful face. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kasdeya fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. The war was a terrible time for her, and Spear does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Healer arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs; and she is greedy

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He worked as a nervous Shoemaker and found it very stressful. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Shoemaker for the past few years.

Motivation: To be a Soapmaker again.

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bounty Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it.
