History: Shifting was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Detective work with an outfit from a few towns over. Detective work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She uses divination through singing.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. Mastema was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Mastema decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Ellyjoybell alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Some 4 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Ellyjoybell never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
