Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Dwarves. Her skin is dark but she possesses many yellow ritualistic tattoos. She wears a tight fitting brown shirt and pants. Her red hair is greasy and uncared for. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady violet eyes.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Therlin was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she desires power and/or immortality

Description: She wears a fine chain shirt which she covers with brown colored cloaks and clothing. She carries a battered ceremonial dagger and tarnished longsword as well. With wild blonde hair. She is baby faced.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gurdis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she loathes her own lifestyle

Description: An older woman who wears a brown costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on her torso, she is not a threatening figure. Her long chestnut hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. She wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Doctor. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Doctor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Eridred was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the orcs.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Elven people; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A 3'5" western man, he is wearing a tight tan one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. He has no hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Zaffrab was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When Zaffrab reached his early adolescence his Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Masseuse responsibilities is difficult; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
