History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Performer.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Barbena is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was raised in a forest tribe. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Bellfounder arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
