History: Salanop lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When Salanop reached her early adolescence her Gnome mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Bather for hire.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Shamil and her spouse have recently divorced.
