History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Birel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with her Mason father left her crippled. After a long history of fighting, Driindar and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Born in the north to a Bather, Isabella learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. A gifted student she started as a Baker, but she got bored and became a Bather. She struck the Bather job and began her own company from there.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Guy grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Guy. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Ekk was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Locksmith for the past few years.

Motivation: To be a Cartwright again; and wants to work out more often

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her father's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered goblins who tried to eat her hand. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and many goblins want her driven away
