When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

History: Kipper hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. At some point he was captured by illithids and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and many illithids want him driven away
