Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sculptor for hire.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When Balam reached his early adolescence his Tiefling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A freak accident while working with her Priest mother left her crippled. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

History: She was born in a small plains village. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 8 years.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and wants to open a new tavern

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When Heian reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is a great chef.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

She is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. Her chestnut hair is well kept. Her violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Xanaphia was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: She is content.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Brewer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was born in a small desert village. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Sage. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and to settle down with his crush
