History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. After a long history of fighting, Ilde and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. After a long history of fighting, Ranala and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: The child of a Dyer, who enjoyed hunting, Hoshgrish was taken on many hunting expeditions. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
