She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Actor they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Unemployed, and she later adopted a second daughter.

A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Andraste alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
