Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she wears a pastel vest and prefers black and brown shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Her fur is short and gray. She wears an eyepatch.
Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Two Llamas grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.
Motivation: To settle down with her crush.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and seeks redemption

Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and further expansion of business

Description: She is scrawny and has patchy brown stubble. She wears a simple tan robe with white stripes complete with hood. She has a hunchback. Her brown hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her fierce blue eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Salanop took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor she uses now. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. She has worked as a Sailor like her mother before her.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: Five was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the west were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. Through the years after Mumpena was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Mumpena's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother
