Description: She is well dressed, constantly wearing a white suit, brown shirt, and red tie, and she perpetually has her dagger ready. Her white hair is long and unkept. Her gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Gynk was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. Gynk liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She bought a dagger and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: This malnourished woman tends to wear a green poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her blue crest is smooth and relatively long. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are gold.
Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Beggar hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nuthra fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She is content; and to prove her worth to the world

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears light armors faded through time and improper care. Her black hair is thinning but still full. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady black eyes.
Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with painting. She constantly tries to fill her life with painting. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: Shax was born the youngest of three triplets. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To unite with her sister.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a green costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on his torso. His crest is brass and curly. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Smoking isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tabaxi unity. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

She carries with her a set of lances, each one with a ruby on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. Her hair is short and golden. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.
Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Agatha was born with her father's beautiful face. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Spice Merchant they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Spy, and she later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
