Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She was granted druidic powers by her dying brother.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His childhood dream was to be a Body Guard, but he was a colossal failure. Being a Unemployed kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Sailor arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. At some point she was captured by giants and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Pennie took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up ceremonial dagger and armor she uses now. She has never given up on her dancing dream.

He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Her skin is flawless and her hazel eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A freak accident while working with her Laborer mother left her crippled. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Description: This woman is very fat, and is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing blue cape and mantle trimmed with soft black waves gently in the breeze. Her black hair is smooth and relatively long. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Elven companion (her 'brother'). During her travels, Birel and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Birel discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves.
