Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Tomi alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Tomi was horrified and prayed that his father was alright.
