History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

History: Brottor was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and balancing his hectic life and new mortician responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he's repulsed by the pc

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Mordai was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears long strands of aquamarine and short black dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His blue hair is braided into rings. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Description: This late middle aged woman is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down and is in decent physical shape. She is bald on top and has large red tufts of hair around her ears. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady blue eyes.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Map Maker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Eva fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east.
