Her black hair is smooth and relatively long. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her amber eyes.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Sarai will drive conversation. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and she has money and likes to spend it

Description: He wears a tight fitting brown shirt and pants. He is portly but not overly obese. His golden hair is unkempt and raggedy. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: Oloric hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: Born to a Marshal, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Glassblower hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft grey waves gently in the breeze. He keeps his purple hair in a flapper bob. His eyes are likewise gold.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Bathin was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Fletcher. He has achieved small success as a Fletcher.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and balancing his hectic life and new fletcher responsibilities is difficult

Description: This southern man wears silk and lounges about seductively. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has wavy chestnut hair. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Odorr embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mason hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Odorr and his spouse have recently divorced.

His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his green eyes.
Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Apothecary. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking southern young adult. He is well dressed, constantly wearing a brown suit, green shirt, and tan tie. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His blonde hair is heavily combed to the right. He is baby faced.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: Ralf was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Ralf has worked very hard to control his curse. Being a Unemployed kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Fletcher but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Damakos grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and human compassion

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.
History: Merla was born the youngest of three triplets. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and wants to raise her children well
