History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Charles fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: Andraste was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student she started as a Shepherd, but she got bored and became a Dyer. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: To be a Weaver again; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it
