Personality: Charles speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Miller. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Apothecary. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Many drow want her driven away; and a deep hatred of drow

History: He comes from a rich western family. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. His auburn hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His blue eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson black hat.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Orcs.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Cook responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Maynild was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her.

His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He hates Halflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Gormogord was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: She is fixated on the number 31. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Serpent has worked very hard to control her curse. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Gilbert was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Gilbert abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
