History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body, and is pretty ugly. His black hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are blue and beady.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Lamlis and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he seems to be bored by most things

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Ugarth was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. After a long history of fighting, Panana and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her music with anyone who is interested.

History: Egelina was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother.

Personality: She is mildly Tabaxi supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
