Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Modean is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: This woman tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized emerald on her left hand. She is bald on top and has large blonde tufts of hair around her ears. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Herleva alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She became a Shipwright soon after.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born into a rich family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he's repulsed by the pc

Description: He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. He keeps his golden hair in a pixie cut. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Born to a Performer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Calcitro was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Unemployed. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Performer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Unemployed, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and regain custody of his son

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes goblins are coming to abduct people. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. A freak accident while working with her Merchant mother left her crippled. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of goblins

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Shanairla was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shanairla fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to protect her home

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears dull red sweaters, loose black pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed sword, just in case. He wears his brown hair up. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines amber.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is a great chef.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He's also a talented Farmer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and wants to open a new tavern

Her gray fur is heavily combed to the left. Her green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. Lone enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Servant for hire.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and balancing her hectic life and new servant responsibilities is difficult

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and regain custody of her son
