History: Mehen was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Dyer responsibilities is difficult.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
