History: Jaxi was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Elven companion (her 'brother'). She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Map Maker.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Ruler. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Ruler responsibilities is difficult; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Quilla was born the youngest of three triplets. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Shipwright and was forced into it by her family; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her arcane talents. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is her passion

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Oolah is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes
