She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: The child of a Slave Trader, who enjoyed hunting, Phelaia was taken on many hunting expeditions. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.
