Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Shane enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Shane was born the youngest of three triplets. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: A child with a great deal of music talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: The child of a Spy, who enjoyed hunting, Eva was taken on many hunting expeditions. When Eva reached her early adolescence her Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Barrister who has hired her part-time. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Born in the east to a Miner, Xappan learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
