History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with small hat. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Gûnd's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Helen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: Born in the east to a Priest, Thamuz learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Fletcher, but he was a colossal failure. History: Gifted from a young age, Mara studied abroad. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
