The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Ulblyn took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up lance and armor he uses now. He now owns his own business.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
