Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of drow once and for all.
History: Raam lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Raam was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Description: This tall, slender man is typically in his Mayor uniform. His fur, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Five was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mayor for the past few years.
Motivation: Further expansion of business.

He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Description: A 4'10" northern woman, she is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. Her blonde hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. Her eyes are blue.
Personality: She hates giants. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Syllin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Syllin. Being a Shipwright kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and she wants to get laid

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing brown cape and mantle trimmed with soft white waves gently in the breeze. Her silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. She is baby faced.
Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Balifra was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Balifra's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
Motivation: She is content.

Description: This slender woman stands about 2'9". She wears a red tunic with grey highlights, and long blue pants that bunch up around her shoes. Her head has been shaved. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She hates Halflings with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.
History: Sarai was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her parents were killed by orcs in a raid when she was still a young child. The orcs captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She's also a talented Shepherd, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Revenge; and sabotage a competitor

Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her glaive, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. Her Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: She is a Maurezhi in disguise. She found a children's book about a Tabaxi Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and to reunite with her old friends
