Description: This southern man dresses well, wearing grey shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His clothes are grease stained in places. His hair is short and auburn. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.
History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: The dark-skinned woman stands 5'0" and tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her moppish chestnut hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Quillathe was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Barber. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and revenge

She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright tan and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her white hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. She has brown eyes and a tan hat with a grey feather.
Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She is greedy; and she has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: Roger was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she wears a violet tunic with black highlights, and long red pants that bunch up around her shoes. She has a long blonde ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her eyes are likewise amber. Her teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. The war was a terrible time for her, and Mella does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: Mella was born the youngest of three triplets. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and wants to raise her children well

Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking western young adult. She wears a green vest and prefers pastel and green shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. Her long chestnut hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep red.
Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside her partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 4'3" when asserting himself. He has a long silver beard with little hanging trinkets. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: He was born in a small desert village. When Nordak reached his early adolescence his Dwarf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and to reunite with his absent mother

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Vlorn was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Vlorn's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: She hates drow. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Emma fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
